The round-table discussion "Russia – ASEAN" will be held within the framework of the Forum for the first time. It will be attended by delegations from member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN): Philippines, Malaysia, Brunei, Myanmar and Thailand.
The meeting with representatives of foreign states accredited in Irkutsk on their participation in the VII Baikal Economic Forum was held in the Irkutsk Oblast Government.
