Joint Enterprises of Finnish Technology and Chinese Capital Foundation Will Be Discussed at the VII BIEF

Trilateral meeting of businessmen from Finland, China and Russia, during which it is planned to discuss the foundation of joint enterprises in the forestry sector, will be held within the framework of the VII BEF. As Nikolai Penyushkin, Minister of Forestry of the Irkutsk region, informed at today's press-conference, it is proposed to combine the Finnish Technology, the Chinese finance and our natural resources. At the Forum, we would like to discuss the use of new technologies to determine Irkutsk region timber resource volume, to enhance air guide services and establish a timber yard,” the minister said.

According to him, the Forum will be attended by representatives of the St. Petersburg timber yard, which has extensive experience in the timber trading.
We hope, that the regulation of the Russian Federation Government to organize timber trade and to bring the production and harvesting of timber out of shadow will be accepted soon. "These issues are very important and interesting", emphasized Nykolai Penyushkin.
