Representatives of Russia and China Government and business will discuss the implementation of collaborative investment

 

 

It is planned to discuss mechanisms to support and finance prior investment projects of the Programme of Cooperation between regions of the Far East and Eastern Siberia of the Russian Federation and Northeast China (2009-2018) at the Russia-China Conference on Near-border and Interregional Cooperation, which will be held within the framework of the VII Baikal International Economic Forum on September 12.

Victor Basargin, Minister of the Regional Development of the RF, will participate in the conference. On the Chinese side, Du Ying, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the People's Republic of China on National Development and Reform, will perform as a co-chairman.

The constructive dialogue between representatives of Russian and Chinese authorities and business will be conducted at the Conference; and the mechanisms of interaction in the sphere of finance, which is an important step in the implementation of collaborative Russian-Chinese projects, will be discussed .

The heads of the Central Bank of Russia and JSC SEZ; representatives of the Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank) State Corporation, experts and investors are invited to participate in the conference. Heads of interested bodies of executive power of the People's Republic of China, China Development Bank and other corporations and institutions will participate in the conference on the side of China.
