Step 1. Choosing the Package.

According to the Participation Regulation, the participation in the Forum should be arranged under one of four Packages.

*Participation in a Round table; visit the exhibition of the investment projects of Siberia, Far East and SCO countries; reception on behalf of the Irkutsk Oblast Governor; reception on behalf of the Organizing Committee; Conferences etc., except for the Plenary Session.

** September 14 – SCO Day

 

Step 2. Data Preparation for Filling the Application.

To apply for the participation is to fill the following information about the Participant in the electronic form:

1. Title, Last name, First name, Patronymic name, Surname (in Latinic alphabet), Name (in Latinic alphabet), Gender, Official name of the company, Position, Preferable participation package, Passport series and number, Passport issuing body, Passport issue date, Date of birth, Place of birth, Citizenship, Country of residence, City of residence, Address of residence, Contact person: Last name, Name, Patronymic name, Telephone of the contact person, e-mail of the contact person, Language of correspondence.
2. Photo (see photo requirements)

 

Step 3. Application for Participation.

1. For one person. Click the link above, fill in the form. After the changes being saved, the login and password to the personal account will be sent to the specified e-mail address. To ensure timely notification, please add the domain ***@baikalforum.ru to the list of trusted senders.
2. For two and more people. Click the link above and register the primary member of the delegation. After the changes being saved, the login and password to the personal account will be sent to the specified e-mail address. To ensure timely notification, please add the domain ***@baikalforum.ru to the list of trusted senders. Next, log in the personal account and register other members of the delegation.

 

Step 4. Confirmation of the Participation.

The Forum Participant Status is approved by the Organizing Committee within 14 days since the application date or changing the status in the personal account by an e-mail message. In the case of registration approval, the function “to pay the bill” is available in the personal account. In the case if the application is not approved, you will be suggested to participate in different format or under different package. According to the Forum Participation Regulation, the Organizing committee is authorized to refuse registration as the Forum Participant without giving reasons.

 

Step 5. Clarification of the Information in your Personal Account.

Having filled in the form, you will receive the login and password to your personal account by e-mail. Please, fill in all the information about your visit as full as possible (flight, date and time of arrival and departure, the round table you are planning to participate in, the additional service you will need). It is necessary for the speedy processing and your participation approval, meeting and booking hotel accommodation.

 

Step 6. Payment of the Bills.

After your participation being approved, fill the information on your bank account in your personal account at the site and pay the issued bill. We would like to attract your attention to the fact that participation in the Forum is possible only after the payment for the participation package is transferred in full.

 

Step 7. Interaction with the Manager.

Manager is the person appointed by the Irkutsk Oblast Government on 20/08/2011 and responsible for meeting and support for definite delegations. The manager may pre-register participation, receive the package of the documents and the badge. We would like to attract your attention to the fact that the manager may receive the documents on the programme only after the payment for the participation package is transferred in full.
