International conference "Europe – Russia – Asia-Pacific: Development of Energy Complex" will be held within the framework of the VII Baikal Economic Forum on September 13, 2011.

Conference participants are expected to discuss the problem of energy saving technologies, in particular, the lack of legal framework and economic incentives to implement energy saving measures.
