Irkutsk Oblast will sign an agreement with China Development Bank
An agreement on cooperation between the authorities of Irkutsk Oblast and the Chinese state owned China Development Bank will be signed during the 5th Baikal Economic Forum. During the Forum the Bank representatives will meet the acting governor of Irkutsk Oblast Igor Esipovsky. The agreement will be signed by the head of Priangarie region and the president of the China Development Bank Chen Yuan.
China Development Bank is the biggest in China state owned financial institution investing in large projects. According to the agreement to be signed investments will be made into large scaled initiatives in Irkutsk Oblast. The parties are ready to cooperate in programs that will contribute into the region’s integral development and efficient use of its economic and industrial potential.
China Development Bank will take an active part in the Baikal Economic Forum, particularly, in Plenary Sessions.
