Irkutsk city tour
The tour starts at the memorial complex dedicated to the memory of Siberian soldiers who were killed in the battles against the German invaders during World War II, the Saviour Church, the Epiphany Cathedral and the Polish church.
After that, to Kirov Square, Zhelyabov street – to the house of a merchant Vtorov; to the Znamensky Cathedral and historical and memorial museum of Decembrists. Visitors will learn a lot of information about monuments and sights of Irkutsk, located in the historic city center.
Timing – 3 hours.

Baikal Motor Ships Cruise
Boarding "Babushkin" motor ship in Listvyanka village, the main dock. Upon arrival at the port of Baikal, the excursion to the Museum of the Round Baikal railway, which is located in building of the railway station. After that, a motor ship cruise to the 79th km of the Round Baikal Railway.
Timing – 4 hours.

Reception on behalf of Dmiry Mezentsev, the Irkutsk Region Governor, for the BIEF participants at “Taltsy”, Architectural and Ethnographic Museum at the Angara river bank.
"We are Siberians", a cultural program, will be presented to the guests of the Forum. The folk songs will be performed by folk art groups of the Irkutsk region at "Taltsy", Architectural and Ethnographic Museum.

“Stars at Baikal”, International Festival of Classical Music
On September 5-12, the VI “Stars at Baikal”, International Festival of Classical Music will be traditionally held within the framework of the Baikal International Economic Forum.
This year, the Symphony Orchestra conducted by Vladimir Fedoseev will participate at the festival at the invitation of Denis Matsuev, the artistic director of the Festival, Honored Artist of Russia.
