THE VII BAIKAL INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC FORUM PARTICIPANTS REGULATIONS

 

Participants of VII Baikal International Economic Forum are persons, further the Applicants, who have applied for the participation to the Forum Headquarters, have received the positive decision on registration as the Participant made by the Forum Organizing Committee, have paid the organizational fee on time and in full.

 

The Forum Organizing Committee suggests four packages of participation:

Package 1 includes:

• participation in all business and cultural activities within the frames of the VII Baikal International Economic Forum programme;

• accommodation fee for September 11-14, 2011 in one of the reserved Irkutsk, the Baikal Highway or Listvyanka village hotels;

• transfers and meals (according to the Forum programme);

• hand-out package and souvenirs.

Package 2 includes:

• participation in all business and cultural activities within the frames of the VII Baikal International Economic Forum program;

• transfers and meals (according to the Forum program),

• hand-out package and souvenirs.

Package 3 includes:

• visits to the Forum exhibition and business area;

• participation in reception on behalf of Irkutsk Oblast Governor, in reception on behalf of the Forum Organizing Committee;

• accommodation fee for September 11-14, 2011 in one of the reserved Irkutsk, the Baikal Highway or Listvyanka village hotels;

• transfers (according to the Forum programme)

Package 4:

• visits to the Forum exhibition and business area;

• participation in reception on behalf of Irkutsk Oblast Governor , in reception on behalf of the Forum Organizing Committee;

• transfers (according to the Forum program).

3. The amount of the organizational fee depends on the chosen package and terms of application:

Forum Participant Registration Procedure:

Fill in the application form for participation on the Forum site (http://www.baikalforum.ru) to be registered. To specify the chosen package of participation is obligatory.

Application forms for participation in the Forum should be submitted since July 01 till September 01, 2011

All the applicants submitted application forms for participation in the Forum are included in a waiting list. The decision on registration of the Applicant as the Forum Participant is made by the Forum Organizing Committee on September 1-5, 2011.

The Forum Organizing Committee has the right to refuse the registration of an applicant as the Forum Participant without any explanation of the reasons.

The Forum Organizing Committee is entitled to limit quantity of potential Forum Participants if applications are submitted by one and the same legal body.

In the case of positive decision on registration of the Applicant as the Forum Participant the Forum, Organizing Committee marks the participation on the Forum site in Personal cabinet section and exposes the invoice for the organizational fee payment which is directed to the payer by e-mail or by fax.

The invoice should be paid within 5 bank days.

An Applicant is considered the registered Forum Participant only after duly and full payment.

In the case of denying the registration of the Applicant as the Forum Participant by the Forum Organizing Committee, a deny is marked on the Forum site in the Personal Cabinet section.

The applicant applying for registration as the ForumParticipant, package 1 and package 2, and denied by the Forum Organizing Committee can be registered at package 3 or package 4 terms in coordination with the Forum Organizing Committee and under condition of full and duly payment of the registration payment.

 

The contract which confirms obligations of Participants and Organizers is concluded for every Forum Participant or for the approved list of representatives of an organization. The contract is concluded for a legal body or a physical person specified by the Participant as the payer.

The Forum Organizing committee reserves hotels and pays for accommodation only for the Participants who have chosen package 1 or package 3. The participants who have chosen package 2 and package 4 reserve hotel accommodation and pay for it independently.

The Participant has the right to refuse participation in the Forum. In the case of default from participation of the declared Participant, the Forum Organizing Committee returns the organizations-payers the paid registration payment minus 10 % from the payment amount.

To register the refusal of participation and refund, the organization-payer should direct to the Forum Organizing committee the corresponding notice till September 1, 2011. The refusal received after September 1, 2011 does not provide refund.

Partial payment on contracts does not give the right to participate in the Forum.

The Forum Financial Service delivers originals of contracts and the certificate of the executed works to Participants or representatives of the organization-payer for signing during the Forum. To present the power of attorney including the signatory authority of the organization- payer is obligatory. In the case of absence of the power of attorney, the full package of documents is sent to the organizations-payers by post.
