Dear participants of the VII of the Baikal International Economic Forum (BIEF), the following types of transport service are to be organized for you since 09/12/11 to 09/14/11.
Groups
Transportation (comfortable buses) will be provided free of charge to all the BIEF participants according to the scheme:
Meeting at the airport (at the gangway of the aircraft) - transfer from the airport to the hotel - transfer from hotels to BIEF events venues, and to the venues of the cultural programme (according to the BIEF programme) and back - transfer from the hotel to the airport.
Transport is not provided for free for personal travel outside of the Forum.
Individual participants
For the first and second Heads of the states, Heads of Ministries of the Russian Federation, Heads of Russian regions, Heads of foreign delegations personal transportation will be provided. Ceremonial and business class cars.
Individual participants on commercial basis
BIEF participants have an opportunity to call for a taxi or rent a car at the “Baikal Cruise” Transport Agency, the BIEF official partner by telephones: +7 (3952) 999292, +7 (3952) 232323, +7 (3952) 393939 or any other Irkutsk transport agency.
The price of such kind of service is not included in the BIEF Participation packages.
Personal transportation and issue of car passes
The BIEF Participants arriving by private cars have to receive a pass for car access to places of events with a limited entry of vehicles.
In order to receive a car pass, one should print and fill in the power of attorney at the Forum official website www.baikalforum.ru (Home - Information for participants - Transportation - Power of Attorney for car pass).
Issue of cars passes by the power of attorney will be organized at the address: 279 Baikalskaya street (Baikal Business Centre), office number 102, from 10 to 17 (lunch from 13 to 14), since August 15.

Attention! Passes are issued only by the power of attorney; the sample is on the BIEF official site. The pass is issued as enclosure for the driver’s personal identification document.
